Refund and Return Policy

Because all of our profits go to our artists and the transgender community, we ask that you help us keep costs down by doing the following things. 
  • Before Ordering:
    Please carefully verify your shipping address and consult our size charts when applicable to minimize the need for a return or an exchange.
  • For Missing Packages:
    If the tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please look for an unusual place it may have been left or fallen into or check with neighbors, if you are able, to see if they received it by mistake. If it is still missing, contact us at support@trabrella.com within 14 days from the time it was marked as delivered. Please include your order number in the subject line.
  • For Returns or Exchanges:
    Contact us at support@trabrella.com and please include your order number in the subject line. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please include a picture of the product. All other refunds and exchanges will only be granted for unused and unwashed items returned with no signs of wear or tear and with any original tags intact. Please allow 5-10 business days after the return is received for your refund to process.
